The British High court has rejected Apple Corps claims that Apple Computers has infringed their trademark. The music publishing company owned by Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono – John Lennon's widow, and the estate of George Harrison, shares a similar looking logo to that used by Apple Computers.
Back in 1991 a settlement was reached between the two companies with te Computer Company paying $26,000,000 to the Beatles' music business.
