US Senate Committee to Debate Post Patent Grant Litigation

The Senate Committee on the Judiciary Subcommittee on Intellectual Property has scheduled a hearing on "Perspectives on Patents: Post-Grant Review Procedures and Other Litigation Reforms" for Tuesday, May 23, 2006. Senator Hatch will preside.
