Yeda vs. Rhone-Polenc Ruling Issued by House of Lords
The long awaited House of Lords ruling concerning the ownership of a chemical immunology patent has issued. The technology in question was developed at Weizman but patented by Rorer, on behalf of Schlessinger, an inventor working for Rorer whilst on Sabbatical.
