VIM Technologies, an Israeli Plate Firm Accused of Patent Infringement

Presstek has filed a complaint filed with the International Trade Commission against Israeli-based VIM Technologies seeking to prevent the importing and distribution of VIMs Di-R waterless processless thermal plate rolls into the US. VIM’s manufacturing partner Hanita Coatings and distributors are also named in the complaint. VIM’s CEO, Avigdor Bieber has denied the allegations.
