Red-Faced and Cross…

Johnson & Johnson and the American Red Cross have agreed to end their legal dispute over usage of the famous trademark consisting of a red cross on white background.

Both Johnson & Johnson and the American Red Cross will continue to use the red cross on a field of white symbol, the case has been dropped, saving the organizations massive legal fees over the symbol that both have used for more than a century. The resolution accepts recent rulings by U.S. District Court Judge Jed Rakoff and sets aside all remaining issues.

We wait to see whether either company will now sue England over the national flag…
