		<description><![CDATA[It is difficult. Very difficult. If you are a member of RCIP, they&#039;ll pay for you. However, they won&#039;t inform you of meetings (not that there are any). Nevertheless, they&#039;ll cast your proxy vote for you once every four years. Actually, considering that only some 400 people have ever been eligible to join, it does not seem objectively difficult for the organization to contact all licensed Israel Patent Attorneys. 

I suggest you talk to Michal Hackmey, our honoured chairperson. she will probably have a procedure for signing you up.]]></description>
