We co-organized so many things for Peace and dialogue between palestinians and israelis at WIPO’s Academy, WTO, ILO and much more.

He was more than excellent human being, he gave his life to the international community, trying to teach israelis to see the UN as the international center for Israel’s Economic and social development as Israel is member of the UN since 1948!!!

I know his wife, also a judge and a very intelligent and patient woman who took so much care of him and her own father during the last years.

I wish her to recover from those difficult moments and have a long life. I will visit her at my next visit in Israel.

In this period of Rosh-Hashana and Yom Kippur, I will put a candle for Mayer Gabay, a very noble man.
